COMMERCIAL LICENSING


Commercial licensing defines how your final imagery may be used for marketing, advertising, and other business purposes. The selected license determines the duration and scope of those usage rights.

 

LIMITED USAGE RIGHTS

Commercial usage for 12 months across websites, social media, booking platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising. Upon expiration, usage rights may be renewed or upgraded. Jayde Photography LLC retains copyright ownership and portfolio rights.

UNLIMITED USAGE RIGHTS

Commercial usage in perpetuity across websites, social media, booking platforms, email marketing, digital advertising, print marketing, and other marketing and promotional platforms. Jayde Photography LLC retains copyright ownership and portfolio rights.

Usage rights are granted only to the licensed client and may not be transferred or extended to third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
