IMAGE USAGE



All packages include unlimited usage rights in perpetuity, allowing you to use your final images across websites, social media, booking platforms, email marketing, and digital advertisements. Jayde Photography LLC retains copyright ownership and portfolio rights. Usage rights are granted only to the client and may not be transferred or extended to third parties unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Additional usage rights are available for print materials and larger advertising campaigns.
